Our Lavender Gardener’s Tallow Balm is a rich, concentrated balm created to nourish, soften and protect dry, rough, weather-worn skin. Whether your hands spend their days in the garden, workshop, kitchen, outdoors—or simply battling cold winter weather and constant handwashing—this is the balm you’ll want within reach.

Rendered tallow is blended with calendula-infused oil, olive squalane, shea butter and beeswax to create a deeply conditioning, water-free balm that melts beautifully into the skin. Massage it into dry hands, rough knuckles, cracked-feeling cuticles, elbows, heels and feet whenever they need a little extra care.

And the scent may be our favorite part. We use lavandin essential oil distilled right here at Lake James Lavender Company, complemented by rosemary and just a whisper of spearmint. Fresh, herbal and unmistakably lavender—the kind of scent that makes an end-of-the-day hand or foot massage feel like a little ritual.
