You will need
7 tablespoons softened unsalted butter, 1 large egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Baking directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Beat butter, egg, and vanilla together. Stir in the full pouch until dough forms. Chill 30 minutes. Form approximately 18 balls and flatten slightly on a parchment-lined tray, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 10–13 minutes, until edges set and centers lose their wet shine. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
